Items not eligible for return:

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (if opened)

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at sales@sacred.ltd within 7 days of receiving your order.
